May it rest in pieces.........

Postby Peanut » Thu Jul 01, 2010 11:36 am

We are gathered here today to mourn the loss of a once fun filled steel soul. It participated in many trips that brought joy and adrenaline to the occupants inside. It will be warmly remembered for its many burn out marks in the driveway, sand roosters at the dunes, and hill climbs at Hover.

May we all please take a moment of silence for the once loved White Trash Rodeo.

May she rest in pieces and bring life to other vehicles.

I would love to say you could borrow them, but we are putting them on the 4runner. I have to give the tires off of it back to the guy who gave it to me.

Oh you didn't hear about my 4runner?

While Reco and Ria and I were working on the yota one day my neighbor pulled up in the driveway. He had his dad in the passenger seat. His dad asked me if anyone would be interested in a 4runner. I asked the price and he said that if I pulled the stereo, the wheels/tires, and the battery for him that it was mine. So I jumped on it. He dropped off the title to me yesterday.

It's an `89, black, auto, with a dead 3.slow in it. Needs a motor, a steering column, and a windshield. The body is in great shape, so is the fiberglass top. The rest of the glass is intact, the back window even works and it's wiper and squirter too!

I've actually wanted a 4runner for a long time, and this one is even the body style that I wanted. So I'm super happy.
:D
