Guess a guy can still use the meadow, just not with anything with wheels on it...

"It is a Meadow. The biologist had posted keep off the grass numerous times, but the signs were not respected, and torn down by persons unknown.
If and when the travel plan is adopted, changes will have an opportunity.
Yes, you may still use the area just no motorized access."
