ARB-USA in Renton, WA

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting ARB-USA in Renton, WA. REALLY nice people!

Some of you know I've had a few issues with my rear locker, I think this was the third or 4th time we've been into it for repairs. Just bad luck I guess, but this last go around when replacing all the seals, we couldn't get the inner seal (they were out of stock), so we crossed our fingers and got the locker functional, until I put it under load and the seal being more like hard plastic than pliable rubber failed...

I take it the Renton, and they had me in and out in less than 30 mins. The Tech, Scotty told me they had recently had to part out/strip a lot of the lockers before sending stuff back to Australia, so that they could supply the shows and US clients while stocks were replenished.

Anyway, the place is a massive warehouse, and the tech area is like an ARB candy/scrap shop, probably a good thing they didn't leave me alone, I might have built myself a dual pump compressor out of the spares under the desk.

Needless to say Scotty, had me rolling with a repaired and tested rear locker in under 30 minutes...

Saving me from owning an $1100 boat anchor, now to get Julia back together, so we can focus on Xaria's freshening up pre-Rimrock!

Dealt with them before over the phone. Very helpful, and were able to quickly ship me some parts of the afore mentioned desk.
