Smittybilt XRC8 winch I took off my Jeep years ago. Only used a couple seasons when it quit spooling in under load while dragging a tree with Jeep in reverse. Still spools in and out without load on it.
I was going to take it apart and see what part it takes to fix it and sell, but I just haven't had the time. It's been sitting in the garage ever since.
Motor works, cable is like new. I bashed the plastic solenoid box, so I ditched it and just ran the bare solenoid under the hood. Remote included, no fairlead as I reused it for the current winch.
Here it sits. Come and get it. $0.00 price negotiable.

BTW parts are on order and should be here mid week. I am not sure I came out ahead as this is the worst grease I have ever dealt with. almost have it all cleaned out to repack and assemble when the parts get in.
