40 miles on a charge, 295ft/lbs of torque from 0 RPM and 268hp. After 40 miles a small gas generator comes on to keep the batteries charged. 400 miles on 8 gallons of gas. Supposedly its a 4wd Wrangler with one electric motor for each wheel. which will eliminate drivelines and need for lockers. Kinda cool.

It would be weird to hit the trails, chug through the mud, climb some rocks and not hear the motor though.

If they engineer it to be submersible in water and mud and be trail worthy I just might want to seriously take a look at one someday.

Here's the Dodge sports car EV. 0-60 in 5 seconds!

uhmmmm sorta like sex with both partners in full CBR clothing. Nice and sanitary, and theoretically you could "do it" but it sure wouldn't be any fun....

When the 4x4 world gets to that point I think I'll be looking for another hobby.
