84 s-10 blazer 4x4 5 speed into 203 4 speed SFA currently the 3/4 ton 12 bolt is almost complete. Looking for local source for a braided brake lines. I'm using the stock s-10 brake line to the "T" then braided to the wheels ? Is this okay ?? I need to make up some length as the full size axles are of course wider...
Thoughts anyone ??

Are the stock lines to the tee long enough for any extra travel you may gain?

It hasn't gone sideways yet, your rig is still the subject of discussion.
Now are you going to answer my questions so I or others can help you or not?

Go to any parts store and grab some 3/16" steel line long enough to reach from the 1 to the wheel cylinder just like stock. No reason to risk snagging a braided line on the trail and losing the brakes.
a axle that came from a 3/4 ton truck....lol

No its an 8 lug rear end that came from a 3/4 ton 4x4 from 66'...... and i have the matching Dana 44 front with 3.73 gears and 8 lug rims ~
NOW, as far as the 94 ford f-250 leaf packs being fiberglass one pc. i'm assuming they are going to flex well !
I dont know how to attach pics here otherwise I'd post 'em !

So doesn't that make it a Eaton?
Yea it is an eaton axle of the hotchkis design. There were a few different models, the one I have is an HO72.
