Christmas Family Visit Dec. 18th 2010

Hey guys, sorry for the late post, but better late than never!

I arrived at Starbucks just before 3pm, where TJ Dave and Screaming Toilet were already waiting. Just behind me, Santa arrived to meet with us. Starbucks even got in on the deal by donating a free coffee to Santa!

We loaded up and headed to the Brownlees.


We knock on the door, and the kids are pleasantly surprised!


We visit with them for a little while:

I think it was an incredibly GREAT success!! Thank you all who donated and participated!

Since this is a family that we have a connection with, they should know that we are willing to help beyond Christmas. We have a very diverse group of people with broad ranging talents and abilities.

As Charles Dickens pontificates through Ebeneezer Scrooge,

"I will honor Christmas in my heart, and try to keep it all year."

Excellent. It was great and very rewarding seeing the smiles on the family.
When I arrived, I saw Rich & Laura in the parking lot. I chatted with them for a bit, but they were pressed for time to make another appt. So, I promptly stole their present and gave it to Santa.
Santa was stuffed in my pass. seat. One more pillow, and I doubt he would of fit. All the kids we passed in the neighborhood were pointing and waving at Santa on the way.
