Shooter Cleanup?
Anyone given any thought to running out on Owens Road to see what's up with cleaning up the shooting areas? See today's paper for the Editorial Board's take on this...I can't do much lifting, but I can haul stuff to the dump.

No, Owens Road is the road south of Kennewick leading out to Jump Off Joe and beyond. Since the article in the paper two(?) weeks ago I've seen a fair amount of shooters, mostly the old duffers, cleaning stuff up.
Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.

Hey good news Grump, the old guys have really got Owens road cleaned up real well. We will have to see how long that lasts.

I'd be willing to help with a clean-up out there. I just hope it doesn't get shut down like Ayers did for shooting. It's disgusting to see all the trash people leave out there. Whenever I go out there my friends and I try to leave the place cleaner then we found it. My friends dad is an avid brass hoarder (claims to reload the stuff, but I've never seen any of the reloaded rounds) so we pick up lots of shell casings when we go out.
