Should be able to pull the mount screws out and just scoot the fridge inside the RV a few inches. This should give you just enough room to change the element. Hopefully the gas line has enough freeplay/flex to do this so you dont have to crack the LP system open. If you DO have to disconnect the LP line, I have what you need to do a drop test leak check.

Fridge is back together... 110V switch was bad. Now works on 12v / 110V. Cleaned the propane burner, now I need to get it back in to test the fridge on propane.
Meanwhile Jeep's front drive line is out and being taken apart... must hunt down bad u-joint (sweet baby Jesus, please let it just be a bad u-joint.) And, a front lower control arm or two are on order... got to get the Retterer family rolling stock ready for the maiden voyage / Naches trip.

Okay, we're a little crazy to have a Duramax for a daily driver. But if we go off our meds, we might wind up in a Prius.
