A friend of the designer was trying to pimp those on pirate last year. Seems like an overly complicated, over priced headlock with too many ways to fail.

I ran DIY beadlocks for years on the street with no issues from the law so I see no benefit to those. If I want to run "legal" beadlocks I'll slap a set of inner air locks in and be done with it and have inner and outer beads locked down.

The inner air lock and stauns really have my ete over other besdlocks due to both beads bein locke to the wheel. Vs the one

DIY beadlocks are not illegal yet. I have done a bunch of research and tell someone gets into a crash and that is the cause of the crash then they will illegal. Far as I know. Correct me if I'm wrong. :D

It is pretty rare to lose an inner bead, but I do like double locks as well.

These are still cool. Blingy and cool.

You're correct as far as I know hence my quotations around legal.


Og's wheels were sweet but heavy! Boy Scout got the nicer set of wheels in that deal. His aluminum Hutchinson double beadlocks were a bleotch to dismound but they also didn't say xom on them either. :lol:

I just wonder what they use to seal the bolts that hold the rings in place, and if they will start to leak after several years of use.

I love the deflators!

Oh, and dammit, they stole that beadlock idea from my head! Time to get the tinfoil out... :shock:
