CJ-2A

Postby Danny » Fri Mar 08, 2013 8:05 pm

Recently saw this at a Yuma car show. It's a complete SS tub and doors. Still has the original engine. Has CJ5 axles under it with disc brakes around. He had the tub built in the Philippines by a company that bought the plans from the government....who known when. The tub cost him $3600!!! It was very well done, very clean.

These a couple of these in WA too. I've seen a full stainless one at the moonshiners swap meet in the past and there are a bunch out there with stainless grilles and windshield frames. I think there was a guy on the west side who was making the stainless parts for awhile.

It was awesome. When I first spotted it I jut thought it was another 2A and wasn't going to stop. Then I realized there was something different about it so stopped. Glad I did. It was REALLY nice.
