What size bolt is it?

on the rear of the frame, on the underside, where the bumper bolts in. is it metric or standard? I'm thinking 1/2-13 but mine is to tight and I don't want to strip or chase the threads with the wrong tap.

that's what I thought but when I ran the 1/2-13 tap through it it was like tapping new threads. anyhow, done!

They are M12x1.75... Sounds like you already hogged them out to 1/2-13 though.

thanks, yes I did. ran a 17/64ths drill bit through and tapped it. don't have time to run around trying to collect the proper bolts. now the whole rear bumper uses 1/2-13.
